To properly address this issue, we first should understand what carbs are and how consuming them affects the body.  Not all carbs are bad for you.  Let's discuss why your body needs them to function properly.

 YOU NEED TO DO AT LEAST ONE HOUR OF CARDIO EVERYDAY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT

The answer is "Maybe", because it really depends on your diet.  I'd love to explain to you how, on a daily basis, your body prioritizes its sources for energy.

 EATING FATTY FOOD MAKES YOU      FAT

What if I told you your body needs fat more than it needs sugar and that almost all of the cells in your body are made from fat?  To optimize the health benefits of consuming fats, you simply need to know the best type of fat to consume.

  CHOLESTEROL IS TERRIBLE FOR YOU

Poor cholesterol is so misunderstood. Are you aware your body actually produces cholesterol if you don't consume enough?
